1. How do I view my sitting online?
You will need your reorder number which you were given at the time of your sitting. Enter it into the Password box on the Reprints login page, and push login. A page will load with some quick notes on online ordering. Click the "View Your Images" link at the bottom of the page. Your images should be visible on the next page.

2. What if I don't have my reorder number?
Your reorder number consists of the location, date, and time you had your pictures taken. If you can remember the approximate date you had your pictures taken, please call our West Edmonton Mall location at 780-444-1750 or 1(800)675-1790. The staff there will assist you in attempting to find your sitting number again.

3. When I try to enter my password, it says "Invalid Password" or won't log me in.
First make sure you are entering your sitting number exactly as it is shown on your reorder card. It should look something like: 10605PM-02-25-2013. Double check to make sure you are entering dashes and are capitalizing the PM/AM. If so, the next thing to consider is how long has it been since your sitting date? We post sittings on Wednesday each week. Has a week passed since your sitting? We also only leave images online for one month. If this time has passed then your sitting has expired and you should fill out this form to request a repost. If you do not fall into any of these categories, please call us at 780-444-1750 or 1(800)675-1790 or email us at techsupport@antiquephotoparlour.com and let us know that you are having troubles, and we will try to resolve your problem.

4. Why won't my order go into the cart when I click "Add To Cart" on the ordering page? or After I place an order the shopping cart says "No Items Ordered Yet!" and my order never appears.
Make sure you have entered a quantity for the prints you are trying to order on the order page.
